We get a lot of enquiries from overseas asking if we can ship to other countries and the answer is......not really, unfortunately.
HoneyLab.uk can ship to UK and our partners healthhouse.co.nz can ship to New Zealand and Australia.
However, when we try to ship to EU, Canada, USA etc, the cost of shipping is extortionate and there are customs and other fees. Worse still, there are tariffs which are constantly changing and many times our overseas customers received their goods and then were faced with large customs and duty fees, the cost sometimes being more than the actual products!
The only things we can suggest are, if you have a friend in UK or NZ, get the order sent to them and they can then ship it to you as a gift, which works fine from what we understand, with no additional fees.
We are hopeful that a partner will launch the Rosacea product in USA later this year under a different brand but with the exact same formulation, licensed from us. Let us know if you want to know when they launch.
