Return & Refund Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the day of receipt to return your item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be sealed, unused and as new in its original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, health and safety products that have been opened or used will not be accepted for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Please note that HoneyLab products contain natural ingredients and that no guarantees are made on the efficacy.
Refunds will not be issued in these situations:
- No improvement in symptoms - sorry but there are no guarantees with any medical treatment
- Having a reaction - if you have a reaction then the product is not for you but that does not mean that the product is defectrive and no refund/return can be actioned
- A honey containing product contains crystals or is grainy - this is natural for honey products and whilst all care is taken to minimize this, it can occur, especially if the product gets very cold. If this occurs though it is easily fixed - place the tube in kettle-hot water for 5 minutes. This will dissolve the crystals and will not harm the product.
If you are at all concerned about a product's suitability for your skin or personal preferences, please choose a Trial Size in the first instance. All of our product's ingredients are listed in full online for ease of checking for allergens prior to purchase.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item and all shipping costs are non-refundable.
